Halloween 2008

This year was special because our kid's cousins came down from Las Vegas. We found a great neighborhood with a lot of decked out homes. The kids had a blast! Pearce was our little monkey with a banana in his pocket. Payton was Snow White and wanted her long black wig so bad that she bought it with her own money. Brock was a power ranger and wrestled all night with his cousins. I took a picture of their cute trick or treat buckets that were made by my sister Brooke.

Soccer Time!

We have good little athletes (just like Mommy and Daddy). Payton is a good goalie and she scores goals. Little Brock dominates his league and averages 6 - 8 goals a game. The parents on the other team aren't too happy....but we are. We cheer loudly after each goal! :)

Indiana Jones- Happy Birthday Bubbas

Brock had a great birthday! We created a fun scavenger hunt throughout our yard. They ate "monkey brains", "worms", and "eyeballs". Of all the people at the party, Brock was the only one that would try any of them. That's our boy! It was a fun day.

Brock and his cousin Luke love to play Spiderman! I love it when Brock puts his Sunday Suit on with his Spiderman costume on underneath....ready to tear it off to fight!

I thought my man was looking really hot this day, so I couldn't resist taking his picture. When we saw the pictures we thought he looked like a tanned, slicked back, dark skinned Rico Suave!

Our Children's Garden

This summer 08 we put in a little putting green, a playhouse and a garden for the kids. They love watering the garden and picking tomotoes and basil for mommy. They love to play "drive-thru" in their new playhouse and use fake food to play.

The Hummingbird!

We went away on a trip, and when we came back we saw this little hummingbird's nest on our swingset. The cool thing is that one of our swings had been twisted up, and the hummingbird decided to build a little nest on the CHAIN of the swing. We fought with the kids all summer to not swing on their swingset! It was a rough summer for the hummingbird and the kids.

IT'S A KIDS WORLD!

Payton is so excited because she's been losing her teeth! This tooth fell out as she was walking down the stairs. She would ask Clint to pull it out and the two of them would sit there pulling and tugging (okay... ouch! sick!). I think she really wanted the tooth fairy to come and bring her some mulla. She got a dollar for the first tooth, two dollars for the second, three for the third and five bucks for the fourth! We think the tooth fairy really needed the fourth tooth so she gave her a dollar extra. Payton is so funny and has such a Witty sense of humor.

It's Dr. Seuss's birthday this week. Brock celebrated by eating "green eggs and ham" at school! He liked them because he asked for seconds. It was also crazy hair day thus the messy hair, but that's the style right now right?. He is so full of energy and loves his little brother a little "too" much. His favorite thing to do is play with his cousins Luke, McCoy and Maguire.

Pearce is so cute with his huge crystal blue eyes. He LOVES playing ball. He saw this ball across the playground at Brock's preschool and said, "ba ba ba" until he got it. Last week at church they opened the overflow and Pearce saw the basketball hoops. He kept pointing at them and very loudly wold say, "ba ba ba" while he was pulling Daddy's finger wondering why they couldn't go play basketball during church?
